Rules & Regulations of Stay

To make a booking with bw stays& simply fill in the online reservation form or download the reservation form and call or mail to us. Spaces will be confirmed in order of receipt and upon payment of deposit.

Once your reservation has been confirmed it is necessary to make full payment at least 90 days prior to the tour commencement date. Payment for the tour deposit may be made by Visa, Mastercard, cash deposit, internet banking or International Money Transfer.

Payment for the balance of the tour fee may be made by cash deposit, internet banking or International Money Transfer, Visa or Mastercard.

Fees are quoted in United States dollars or Indian Rupees and are inclusive of the GST (18%)

We regret that personal or bank cheques are not accepted. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received when due, wherein the Cancellations and Refunds clause, listed below, shall be effected.

To cancel or change a booking, write to us from the email address or contact form used for the booking, with your name and stay dates. The date and time we receive your request is the cancellation date.

Standard dates. Cancelled 15 or more days before check-in: full refund of the amount paid, less any payment-gateway or bank charges. Cancelled 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the amount paid is refunded. Cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.

Holiday and peak-season stays. A stay is a holiday booking if any night falls on a public holiday, a festival weekend or between 20 December and 5 January. Cancelled 30 or more days before check-in: full refund, less payment-gateway or bank charges. Cancelled 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancelled less than 15 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.

Changing dates. You may move a confirmed booking to other dates once, free of charge, up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. Any difference in the rate is payable.

Early departure. Unused nights are not refunded.

If we cancel. If bw stays cancels a booking, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, or you may choose new dates.

Weather and events beyond our control. If floods, landslides, road closures or similar events make the stay impossible, we will offer you alternative dates.

Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

bw stays cannot accept responsibility for losses or extra expenses caused by, but not limited to, delay or changes in any transportation services, weather, illness, injury, strike, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

bw stays reserve the right to cancel any booking, whereupon paid tour funds will be refunded in full, but is not liable for any other tour preparation expenses such as air ticket penalties, visa fees and medical treatments.

bw stays reserve the right to substitute accommodations of similar category for those indicated and to make any changes in the itinerary or transport where deemed necessary. Where weather conditions or forces of nature restrict or prohibit stay activities, we reserve the right to alter reservations and substitute alternative activities.

The Acceptance of Risk release must be signed by each participant prior to the commencement of the tour. No alterations to the Acceptance of Risk release will be accepted. We regret that we are unable to accept participation in any tour by any persons failing to comply, and no fees will be refunded.

All parts of the Terms and Conditions, and the Acceptance of Risk release, shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted in accordance with the law within India.

By checking the Terms and Conditions box on the reservation form you certify that you have read, fully understand and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions aforementioned.

This website, its content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of the company. What does the villa cost per night?

The villa is listed at INR 3,999 per night on the booking page, for up to 4 adults and 1 child, and the rate includes GST. Each extra child (up to 4 children in all) is INR 800 per night. The final amount is confirmed by the host by email.
